BAR Documentation System
Document Reference: SYS-000-01
The Bureau of Anomalous Regulation (BAR) maintains a standardized documentation framework as established by Directive DX-000-1 (Documentation Standardization Initiative).
This document delineates the established documentation taxonomy, reference parameters, and standardized formatting protocols for authorized personnel reference.
DOCUMENTATION TAXONOMY
All Bureau documentation adheres to a hierarchical classification system with standardized identifier formatting to facilitate efficient interdivisional information retrieval and access control implementation.
Document identifiers follow the standardized format YY-XXX-[QQQQ]-ZZ:
YYrepresents document typeXXXrepresents domain reference identifierQQQQ(optional) represents specific CASE referenceZZrepresents unique document identifier within the specified domain or case
EXCEPTION: CASE documentation follows a distinct format from standard documentation. CASE identifiers use the format CASE-XXXX where XXXX is a sequential numeric identifier assigned upon anomaly discovery and registration. Unlike other documentation, CASE files are not bound to specific domains and maintain their classification across all Bureau systems regardless of which domain's protocols are applied.
Strict adherence to documentation protocols is mandatory. Non-compliant documentation will not be processed by Bureau information systems and constitutes a Level I security violation.

Creation of new documentation requires submission of Form REQ-000-1 (Documentation Creation Request) with divisional director endorsement. All submitted documentation must adhere to templates as specified in DOC-000-2 (Standard Documentation Templates).
Provisional documentation may be generated under Protocol PR-000-2 (Emergency Documentation Protocol) during anomalous incidents that require immediate procedural formalization. All provisional documentation is subject to post-facto review and standardization by the Office of Bureau Personnel.
DOCUMENTATION MAINTENANCE
All Bureau documentation is subject to quarterly review by designated Documentation Specialists within each division. Revisions to existing documentation require submission of Form REQ-000-2 (Documentation Revision Request) with appropriate justification and authorization.
Deprecated documentation must be archived according to Protocol PR-000-1 (Documentation Archival Procedure). Unauthorized destruction or alteration of Bureau documentation constitutes a Level III security violation.
INTERDIVISIONAL DOCUMENTATION EXCHANGE
Exchange of documentation between divisions is governed by Protocol PR-000-3 (Interdivisional Information Exchange). All documentation transfers must be logged in the Bureau's central documentation repository with appropriate security classification tagging.
Personnel are reminded that access to documentation is strictly governed by security clearance level and need-to-know basis. Unauthorized access or distribution of documentation beyond designated clearance levels constitutes a Level II security violation.
