The Bureau of Anomalous Regulation (BAR) operates under Ministry oversight to document, classify, and contain phenomena deemed non-compliant with established physical, psychological, or conceptual norms.

All entries are subject to audit, redaction, and reevaluation per Directive 9.

This portal serves as the centralized repository for Bureau documentation. Access is restricted and monitored. Improper use is a violation of Regulation 44.2(a).

ACCESS DIRECTIVES

Reference Documents: Internal definitions, classification matrices, and hazard indices. For personnel training and alignment.
Case Files: Logged anomaly records following Form A-17 format. Includes behavioral classification, control code, and functional reports.
Research & Intelligence: Research papers, proposals, memos and general internal documentation that are not case-specific or procedural.
Suppressed Archives: Sealed reports, rescinded findings, and anomalies deemed unsuitable for continued exposure. Access requires Clearance Level 5 or higher.
