Subject is in good general health. Cooperative throughout interview. No clinical indicators of ongoing memetic compromise; subject reports no continuing auditory phenomena since amnestic treatment.

The consulting clinician declines to make a determination between (a) a delayed compulsive presentation that the amnestic treatment did not fully reach and (b) an undocumented late-stage cognitive aftereffect of CASE-3241 exposure. DISCOVERY LOG
CASE-3241-BONECHILL was first discovered on 1942-04-07 by British colonial forest guard ██████ ████████ during a routine high-altitude patrol of the ██████████ region. Guard ████████ reported finding "a circle of ice containing what appeared to be human remains" at an elevation where no permanent body of water had previously been documented. A British military expedition dispatched on 1942-04-23 confirmed the presence of the anomalous lake and documented the first modern observations of its properties.
