Security Violation Levels

In accordance with Directive DX-300-1 (Security Protocol Directive), this document establishes the standardized classification framework for security violations within the Bureau of Anomalous Regulation. All Bureau personnel are required to familiarize themselves with these protocols and report any observed violations through the anonymous reporting system.
VIOLATION STRATIFICATION
The Bureau maintains a three-tiered violation classification system that categorizes infractions based on severity, intent, and potential impact on Bureau operations and anomalous containment integrity.

CUMULATIVE VIOLATION PROTOCOLS
Multiple violations are subject to escalation protocols. Three Level I violations within a 12-month period automatically escalate to Level II classification. Two Level II violations within a 24-month period automatically escalate to Level III classification.
Violation records remain in personnel files for a minimum of five years. Level III violations remain permanently documented regardless of outcome or rehabilitation status.
REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
All Bureau personnel are mandated to report observed security violations through the anonymous reporting system established under Directive DX-300-1 within 24 hours of observation. Failure to report constitutes complicity and subjects the non-reporting individual to equivalent penalties.
Reports must include:
- Date, time, and location of observed violation
- Description of violation activity
- Identification of involved personnel (if known)
- Assessment of potential information or containment compromise
- Any immediate measures taken to mitigate violation impact
